The new parking deck for Novare’s SkyHouse apartment tower on Spring Street is particularly reminiscent of a fortress/jail, dontcha think?  Isn’t it bad enough that most of the street is given a giant blank concrete wall?  It’s one less opportunity for Spring Street to evolve into something other than a freeway-like no man’s land.
