The Ponce Apartments
Such a cool building. I love the corner of Ponce and Peachtree*. From here you can see the beautiful Georgia Terrace Hotel, the Fox Theater (with my favorite bar Publik at the bottom), and this apartment building above called The Ponce.
Taken from The Ponce website:

The Ponce, completed in August and opened in September of 1913, was designed by architect William Stoddart as Atlanta’s first high-rise luxury apartment building. The neighborhood then was mostly mansions, but across Ponce de Leon Ave. from the new apartment building was Stoddart’s earlier design, The Georgian Terrace hotel.

* Apart from the one side of the Ponce/Peachtree corner that has a gack surface parking lot. Seriously, Atlanta.
